To Whom It May Concern,

On November 5th and 6th, on his radio program, Michael Baisden claimed to have a letter signed by “all the families” of the Jena 6 regarding fundraising on our behalf. He stated that this was a letter that his lawyers wanted him to have before Marcus Jones came onto his show to speak about organizations fundraising for the Jena 6. I am the mother of Robert Bailey, Jr., one of the Jena 6, and I have never signed such a letter. Since Mr. Baisden made a claim on live radio that I had signed this document, I am respectfully requesting that a copy of this letter be provided to me immediately so that I can see for myself what this document says and if my signature improperly appears on it.
